REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

Tickets for an event listed on HighLit that have been successfully purchased cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded. Right now, HighLit does not support cancellation of registration/ticket purchase on the website.

However in rare cases, If the transaction is declined / fails but the payment is deducted from the account, & Under Emergency circumstances, the refund process will be initiated once notified. The amount deducted will be returned to the account from which the payment was deducted within 5-7 working days.

HighLit does not Entertain any refund/cancellations as a spot will be booked / reserved once the ticket is generated.

In the event of any payment gateway related issues (including wallets such as PayTM, Phonepe, Gpay and so on). Any issues with such offers will be handled by the Payment Gateway Method.
