TICKETING / DELIVERY POLICY

Any transaction once processed and completed through Razorpay, Users will be able to directly view and download the tickets PDF using : 
1 ) On spot in the event details and registration page, after the transaction is complete.
2 ) Users can also view the tickets under My bookings page under the Login / Profile bar.
3 ) An automated mail along with the Tickets will be sent to the registered E-mail within 5 minutes of the successful transaction from the user .

4 ) If in case of any errors post a successful transaction / money deducted, Users should notify us, so that we can rectify the issue ASAP and let you in the Event .

5 ) After every successful transaction the user will be able download and view the tickets immediately within the Website / E-mail address used for registration of the ticket .

6 ) Users are requested to Carry the Valid Ticket along with the Valid Age Verification Identity to enter the Event / Venue on the Event Date .

7 ) If in Case of Any Ticketed Related Issues, please View all the Terms and Conditions , Refund / Cancellations pages to clarify your doubts or contact us in case of no resolvement. 
We will do our best to resolve your issues and provide the services you are looking for.

8 ) Tickets for an event listed on HighLit that have been successfully purchased cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded. Right now, HighLit does not support cancellation of registration/ticket purchase on the website.

9 ) However in rare cases, If the transaction is declined / fails but the payment is deducted from the account, & Under Emergency circumstances, the refund process will be initiated once notified. The amount deducted will be returned to the account from which the payment was deducted within 5-7 working days.

10 ) Walk-ins Allowed During the Event, please feel free to join us.

NOTE: Depending on the Availability, Guests can also Walk-in into the Event but

We can't promise the Same Ticket Prices / Complimentary Offers.

12 ) HighLit does not Entertain any refund/cancellations as a spot will be booked / reserved once the ticket is generated.In the event of any payment gateway related issues (including wallets such as PayTM, Phonepe, Gpay and so on). Any issues with such offers will be handled by the Payment Gateway Method.
